Due to a new state contract for telecommunications, ITS will begin migrating all telephones to a new system beginning in September, 2018. The migration is expected to complete in the Summer of 2019. If your department has not yet been migrated (most obviously by your telephone having been replaced), you are still using the legacy system.

Report an issue with a phone line

To report an issue with a phone line, such as buzzing on the line, call forwarding not working, caller ID not correct, receiving calls from wrong number, etc.

Request to Add, Remove, Change, or Disconnect a Phone Line

To get a quote and request phone maintenance.

Request to order new residence hall telephone service

Request to order new residence hall telephone service. Only students currently living in residence halls are eligible for this service.

Request to change the Billing Number associated with an LDS number, calling card, or conferencing account

Request to change the billing number currently used for a long distance number, calling card, or conferencing account. Note that an LDS number or Calling Card is only needed for use with the legacy telephone system

Request to create/delete a Personal Long Distance Number (LDS)

Request to create or terminate a personal long distance service account.

Request to create/delete Departmental LDS number, travel calling card, or conferencing

Request to establish or delete a departmental long distance service, travel calling card, and conferencing request.Note that an LDS number or Calling Card is only needed for use with the legacy telephone system

Request a reset/change to a voicemail passcode

Request to reset or change the passcode used to access voicemail
