Service Overview
The University offers email and calendar services to employees via Microsoft 365 (visit our M365 email category for more information). The Service Desk can assist with issues related to the receipt of emails, accessing Outlook, etc. as well as configuring email settings, creating filters, setting up MSU email accounts on various devices, and more.
This service is used request assistance, report issues, or ask a question regarding Employee email (Microsoft 365 via Outlook) or the Address Book in the Outlook desktop application or the Outlook Web App/Outlook on the Web.

Student Employees, Faculty, Staff, & Affiliates of MSU with Employee email access
