Getting Started
NEW Administrative Banner Accounts:
MSU employees that require setup of a NEW Administrative Banner account (not myBanner) must complete the required information security training, InfoSec IQ, before the Admin Banner account can be setup. This training may have been completed during the New Hire process. If so, the employee should log in at M365.msstate.edu to access the certificate.
Employees can access the training by logging in at M365.msstate.edu. Click the App Launcher in the upper left corner to open the Apps. Click All Apps to view the icon called "InfoSec IQ". Upon completion of the InfoSec IQ training, the system will provide a Certificate of Completion that can be downloaded. This certificate should be attached to the Administrative Banner Access Request eform when submitted to setup the Banner account.

Completing the Administrative Banner Access Request eForm:
Please use the Request Service button on this page to open the eForms portal (eforms.msstate.edu), then select the Administrative Banner Access Request option under the Banner Access eForms section to submit the request. The person requiring access should initiate the eForm, then route it to their supervisor for approval. If you are requesting access for someone else, additional forms may need to be completed as specified. Please refer to the Document Routing and Help link at the top of the eForm and the video below for additional information.

Note: If you need to request myBanner Access, you will also need to submit an eForm. You can use the Request Service button on this page to open the eForms portal, then select the myBanner Access Request option under the Banner Access eForms section.
