2FA Fobs/Tokens are available for those who do not have a mobile device capable of running the Duo Mobile application.

Getting Started
Please come to the ITS Service Desk at 108 Allen Hall to replace your fob/token. Bring the non-functioning token with you to turn in. If lost, please let us know when you get to the Service Desk.
If you are unable to come to the Service Desk, you can click the Request Token/Fob button on this page to request that a token be sent to you via Campus Mail. Please include the mail stop to send your token to in your request. If you are a student, please complete this form and mail it back to us.
Fees/Additional Costs
Fees can apply for lost or damaged fobs/tokens.
