Request to have Ethernet wall ports enabled after quarantine in a residence hall

Features

Ethernet access can become disabled/quarantined if non-supported devices are connected to the network.  These devices include routers, switches, and hubs.  Once the devices are disconnected from the network port, a request can be submitted to reactive the port.


Getting Started

Make sure the non-supported network device has been disconnected from the wall port.  Then click the Request Service button on this page to make this request.
