Request removal from quarantine for a copyright violation


Service Overview

Users whose devices are quarantined due to a copyright violation will need to contact the Dean of Students office in order to have their devices released.

Dean of Students employees may use this service request to have ITS release a device/user from network quarantine.

Getting Started

Once you have confirmation from the ITS Service Desk that your system has been quarantined for breach of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), you will need to contact with the Dean of Students office
 

Authorized employees in the Dean of Students office may click the Request Service button on this page to make this request on behalf of another user to have their device removed from quarantine.
