Service Overview

MFA Tokens are available for employees who do not have a mobile device capable of running the Duo Mobile application.

These tokens generate one-time use passcodes you can use to log in. The code will be displayed on the device after you press the button. The tokens do not require cellular or wireless data connection to work.

Getting Started

Please click the Request Token/Fob button on this page and fill out the form to request a token.

Token pickup after submitting the request:

Main Campus employees can come by the ITS Service Desk in 108 Allen Hall to pick up their token.

Meridian Campus employees can come by the ITS Office on the upper level at the College Park Campus in room 122 to pick up their token.

Employees that are unable to come by either of the ITS offices will need to provide a campus mailstop during the request process in order for us to send the token.


Fees/Additional Costs

Fees can apply for lost or damaged tokens.
