Report an issue with the Attendance Tracking system. Some issues would be the lights not showing correctly, beeps not sounding when card is scanned, and scanned cards not showing on the attendance report.

Please click the Report Issue button on this page to make this request. Please make sure to include the Course ID, Room, Date, & Time when making this request. If there are issues with the lights on the scanners or the hardware responding correctly, please make sure to include this as well.
