Service Overview

Request assistance with MSU-owned iPhone and iPad via mobile device management.

This includes:

  • Requesting an MSU-owned iPhone/iPad be enrolled in mobile device management via Jamf ($10 annual per device charge for a Jamf license)
  • Requesting a managed Apple ID
  • Requesting app installation on an already-managed device
