We are excited to share a convenient feature that is available, Voicemail Forwarding to Email. This convenient service allows you to receive voicemail messages directly in your MSU email account.
How It Works:
- Request Service: Visit the Request to forward VoIP phone remotely service page and click "Request Service."
- Enter Details: Provide your phone number and select "Forward Voicemail to Email" in the Type of Forwarding Requested dropdown.
- Add Email Forwarding: Choose "Add Email Forwarding" and enter your MSU email address where you'd like to receive voicemails.
- Receive Voicemails: Voicemails will be sent to your email with the recording attached, making it easy to listen to messages from any device. Once enabled, voicemail messages are no longer accessible from the VoIP phone system. To return voicemail to your phone, visit the Request to forward VoIP phone remotely service page and click "Request Service." .
