Adding a TA as a Class Assistant to Attendance Tracking

You can grant a teaching assistant the ability to take attendance in the Attendance Tracking System using the following steps.  They will then be able to take attendance and post progress attendance, but not final attendance.

1. In myBanner go to myBanner for Faculty.

2. On the Class Management column find Manage Class Assistant Assignments.

3, Select the Term and View Sections.

4. Check the box next to the course you are adding a TA to.

5. To add, make sure the For the Selected Sections drop down is set to Add Class Assistant(s).  Click GO.

6. Enter one NetID per row for the TA(s) you are adding to that course, then Submit.
