Resolving Canvas Mobile App Issues

The Canvas mobile app is great for referencing your course information on-the-go. However, occasionally it may not function as expected. When this happens, follow the steps below for your device to clear the app's cache. If this does not resolve your problem, then contact us and use the web browser on your mobile device or on a computer instead.

Please note: We do not recommend trying to submit assignments using the mobile app, especially if the assignments will significantly impact your grade. It is best to use a computer to submit course work.
