Opening a Shared Mailbox in Microsoft Outlook on the Web

1.  In a web browser go to https://outlook.msstate.edu, sign in with netid@msstate.edu and NetPassword and authenticate to Duo. Click on your initials in the upper right.

2.  Click on Open another mailbox...


 

3. Type the name of the shared mailbox.

4. Click Open.

5. The shared mailbox will open in another tab in your web browser.

6.  You have successfully opened a shared mailbox in Microsoft Outlook on the Web.
