To change your NetPassword:
1. Go to netpassword.msstate.edu.
2. Click Reset your NetPassword.
3. Follow the prompts to complete the reset process. Note: If you are enrolled in Duo multi-factor authentication, you will need to authenticate with Duo during this process.
4. Your NetPassword should be changed. It may take a few minutes for the changes to sync to all MSU systems/services.
To change your Security Questions:
1. Go to my.msstate.edu.
2. Click your Profile (it will show your name's Profile) in the top right, then click NetPassword Maintenance.
3. Click Security Questions.
4. Make the changes, then click Save.
5. Your security questions should now be changed.
