How to update personal information in the online directory

Faculty and Staff can update their email address and phone number for the directory via myBanner.


1. Log in to

2. Click the Menu icon in the top left.

3. Click Banner.

4. Click Personal Information.

5. Click Update your Directory & Address Information.

6. Click Directory Profile.

7. Make the updates, then click Update/Verify Directory Profile Information to save.

NOTE: To request a change to a Campus Mail Stop or Office Location in the directory, a request must be put in to the person responsible for keying Payroll in that Faculty or Staff member's department. They will then contact HRM to make the change.
