Campus Card Office

Campus Card Office

Students, faculty, and staff may obtain their official MSU ID Card at the Starkville campus in 108 Allen Hall or at the Meridian campus in the Police Office. The ID card is key to accessing goods and services on campus.

There is no charge for the first ID card. Lost or damaged ID cards are subject to a replacement fee. Defective or "worn out" cards are replaced at no charge.

Campus Card Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

ID Card Testing Stations

ITS provides ID card test stations in a number of locations around campus. These test stations allow employees and students to confirm that the electronics embedded in their ID card are in good working condition. Test stations are available at the following locations:

  • Allen Hall lobby outside the ITS Service Desk

  • Mitchell Memorial Library inside the entrance to the Computer Commons

  • The Union ground floor near the south entrance to the Food Court

  • The Sanderson Center lobby

To see ID Card services, please click here. These include reporting an issue with an ID card and requesting an ID card when not on campus.

Special ID Cards

To request approval for a special ID card, an employee should log in to the eForms system, select “Special ID Card Request” under the Employee tab, provide the requested information, and submit the eForm for routing/approval. The “Document and Routing Help” link in the upper left corner of the eForm provides information on how the eForm should be routed and approved. The same process must be followed to remove the special ID designation.
