Enabling Cookies for MSState

Using Firefox

1. Click on the menu button (three bars in right corner), then Options. After clicking on options, look on the left hand side of the window and click Privacy & Security.

2. Next you will need to scroll until you see History. Click on Exceptions.

3. Now in the field for Address of website type in msstate.edu and then click the Allow button.

4. Now click on Save Changes.


Using Edge

Click on the menu button (three dots in right corner), then Settings. After clicking on Settings, look for Advanced Settings and click on the button for View Advanced Settings. In Advanced Settings under Cookies make sure that Block only third party cookies is selected.


Using Chrome

Click on the menu button (three dots in right corner), then Settings. After clicking on Settings, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on Advanced.

Under Privacy and security click on Content Settings.

Now click on Cookies. Make sure that Allow sites to save and read cookie data is enabled and that Block third-party cookies is not enabled. If Blocking third-party cookies is not enabled and you are still having difficulty with Duo, then under Cookies>Allow click on ADD.

 
After clicking Add you should see msstate.edu show up in the allowed sites.
