Folders for enabling Email Archiving for Microsoft Outlook can be set online or via the Outlook app(s). Any folder can be archived. You can set it to archive messages that are 1-5 years old. There will be a delay on the messages showing up in the archive, depending on the number of messages being transferred at one time. Also, any sub folders in the folder that you have selected also follow the archiving policy unless you remove the "Use parent folder policy" check box on the sub folder that you don't want to archive.
Note: Email archiving is visible on mobile devices, however, you cannot make archiving changes on mobile devices.
Archiving will be automatically setup on Sent Items for items that are X years old. This will be a global change.
