There is no charge for domestic long distance calls (i.e. calls to telephone numbers located in any U.S. state).
International long distance calls (i.e. calls to telephone numbers located anywhere outside the U.S. states) will be charged at the current rate for the destination country to the telephone line placing the call. By default, MSU telephone lines are restricted from placing international long distance calls. To enable a specific MSU telephone line for placing international long distance calls, please submit a request to the ITS Service Desk.
