Campus Card Office
Students, faculty, and staff may obtain their official MSU ID Card at the Starkville campus in 108 Allen Hall or at the Meridian campus in the Police Office. The ID card is key to accessing goods and services on campus.
Lost or damaged ID cards are subject to a replacement fee. For students, there is a $50 replacement fee charged to your student account for all lost or damaged cards. For faculty and staff, the replacement fee is charged to your department.
Campus Card Office hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

-
The Union ground floor near the south entrance to the Food Court

Special ID Cards
To request approval for a special ID card, an employee should log in to the eForms system, select “Special ID Card Request” under the Employee tab, provide the requested information, and submit the eForm for routing/approval. The “Document and Routing Help” link in the upper left corner of the eForm provides information on how the eForm should be routed and approved. The same process must be followed to remove the special ID designation.
