By default, international calls are not allowed from MSU campus telephones.  If you need your telephone enabled for international calls, please submit a request to the ITS Service Desk.  To place an international call, dial the country code, followed by the telephone number.
3. TOLL-FREE CALLS (800, 866, 888, 877) Dial 10 digits (e.g. 800-872-5327)

4. DIRECTORY ASSISTANCE:

 

A.     University listings for Administration, Faculty/Staff, Registered Students, Emergency Numbers

Dial 52323 for University Directory Assistance.

 

B.     Directory assistance – telephone company. There is a charge of $1.25 per call.

Dial 411.

5. MISSISSIPPI DUAL PARTY RELAY SERVICE Special Service for Persons with Hearing or Speech Disabilities.

Dial 800-582-2233 and provide the operator with the necessary information to set up the call. If the number you are calling is long distance the operator will ask for billing information (credit card, collect, third- number billing).
6. EMERGENCY (911): Dial 911. You will be connected to the University Police Department.
