There are two ways to access your personal voicemail via telephone:
Press the Messages button (marked with icon of an Envelope) on your telephone handset, then press the key underneath your handset’s screen identified on the screen as “Connect”. Enter your passcode and follow the prompts. If you are accessing your voicemail for the first time, your default passcode will be four zeroes (“0000”), and you should record your name and a personal greeting for your callers.
OR
Dial your telephone number. If you are calling from your office telephone handset, simply enter your passcode and follow the prompts; if you are calling from any other telephone, wait for your personal greeting to begin, and then press the “*” key to be prompted for your passcode.
If you would prefer to have your voicemail messages delivered to your email, rather than storing them as recordings in your voicemail box, contact the ITS ServiceDesk by calling 662-325-0631 or emailing servicedesk@msstate.edu to request this feature.
