Unfortunately, there is no print option directly available from the client portal for printing Knowledge Base articles. There is an alternate method of printing available which we'll provide the steps for below.
Steps:
1. Navigate to the Knowledge Base article you'd like to print.
2. Highlight all the text on the article including images and tables.
3. Depending on your browser, you can either right-click on the highlighted text and select Print or you can press
CTRL + P on your keyboard to bring up the print menu.
4. Choose the option to only print the selection.
5. Select Print.
