Microsoft Office 365 for Mac Mail

ITS recommends the Microsoft Outlook program for macOS devices.

The macOS Mail program requires macOS 10.14 (Mojave) or higher to connect to Office 365.

 

1. In the Finder window, click on Applications. Click on Mail.

2. In the application, click on Mail in the menu. Click Accounts...

3. In the Internet Accounts window, click Exchange.

4. Enter your full name in Name and your netid@msstate.edu in Email Address.

5. Click Sign In.

6. Click Work or school account.

7. Enter your NetPassword and click Sign in.

8. Authenticate to Duo.

9. Choose which apps you want to use with this account and click Done.

10.  Your email account has been added.
