At the request of the Student Association, we are very excited to announce that MSU students’ email, BullyMail, will be upgraded from Gmail to Microsoft Office 365 on February 26, 2020. Microsoft Office 365 offers a more secure environment with timely updates and enhancements, strong spam prevention, Data Loss Prevention (DLP), and seamless integration with Cisco Cloud Email Security (CES). In MSU’s Office 365 environment, two-factor authentication (2FA) will be required to access your email account via the desktop, mobile, and web clients.

Students will have access to Outlook, Office Online, Teams, OneDrive (will be integrated in Canvas), OneNote, Stream, and many more Office 365 services. Students will appear in the Global Address List (GAL). Students will be able to collaborate better with their instructors and MSU employees as a result of this upgrade.
