Installing the Duo Mobile app
1. On your mobile device, go to the App/Play Store, search and locate Duo Mobile. Download and install the app on your device at no cost.
Activating the Duo Mobile app with your MSU Duo Account
1. When enrolling in Duo or adding a new device and getting to the step prompting you to scan a QR code, open the Duo Mobile app.
2. Tap the + icon in the top right, then tap OK or Allow to allow the Duo Mobile app to access your camera.
3. Scan the QR code on your computer screen using your device's camera.
4. Your account will be added and your Duo Mobile app will be activated.
Once you see the Mississippi State University entry in the Duo Mobile app on your device, your app has been successfully activated.
